The property was purchased as a value-add acquisition, furthering the firm’s economies of scale in the Collingswood Market.

CSA is currently implementing numerous exterior improvements, including gut-renovated, brand-new interiors, new exterior paint, improved landscaping, and a redesigned egress. The construction team took extensive measures to preserve the original Victorian architecture.

CSA believes the property was underutilized, and will achieve its full potential upon renovation.
